Rockingham SHS Education Support Centre strives to develop independent and responsible young learners in a supportive educational environment.
The Rockingham SHS ESC Student Management Plan represents a total school approach towards the achievement of a friendly, safe and welcoming environment in which students and staff can strive for excellence in their educational pursuits.
The following understandings are integral components of the Rockingham SHS ESC Student Management Plan:

- Relationships based on trust, respect, and a demonstrated caring approach by the school staff, can make a real difference to the attitudes and behaviour of students.
- Student behaviour is managed with respect and dignity in a way which promotes learning.
We have a whole school approach to behaviour management and provide support structures for individual needs.
